Celebrating 250 Years of American History
I am so thrilled to finally create a collection that has been on my heart for many years.
For as long as I can remember, a love of America, service, and history has been woven into the fabric of my family's story. That appreciation has shaped not only my upbringing, but also my work as an artist.
For years, creating patriotic paintings has been one of my favorite traditions to share with my two boys. Together, we've painted a collection of American flags, celebrated the Fourth of July as our favorite holiday, and found meaningful ways to honor the country we love through art.
This year, in addition to continuing those traditions with my family, I am excited to introduce my first full patriotic collection!
The Americana Collection was inspired by generations of service, sacrifice, and love of country that have shaped my family for decades. Created during the celebration of America's 250th anniversary, these paintings reflect my personal connection to our nation's history and the values that have guided my family for generations.
Through color, movement, and atmosphere, I sought to capture not only iconic American imagery, but also the emotion behind it: the pride, gratitude, nostalgia, and sense of belonging that connect us to both our country's story and our own.
More than anything, this collection is a tribute to the people, places, and ideals that have shaped our nation and inspired my family for generations. It is a celebration of America's past, an appreciation for the present, and a hopeful look toward the future as we commemorate this historic milestone.
